Are you looking for an exciting and rewarding job opportunity?

What do we look for when recruiting staff?

We believe in employing people who share our vision of ‘improving lives, building independence’. We look for people who have experience working in a care environment, and also welcome applications from people new to care for some of our roles. Often people have developed valuable skills elsewhere that can be transferred to working in care. What is vital is a commitment to our values. We will provide training and support to ensure staff are able work to a high standard.

What opportunities are there at Tricuro?

With many different types of services there are many opportunities for employment, development and career progression across the county. We encourage staff to own their personal growth, which we will support with relevant training and development. We offer a range of full and part time opportunities as well as flexible working.

I love my job, I enjoy coming to work everyday, that’s because of our lovely clients and my fantastic colleagues.
