Care Assistants – Anglebury Court

Salary: £9.79 to £10.19 per hour plus enhancements

As a Care Assistant you will be supporting our residents (older frail people and people living with dementia) with all aspects of their care needs in a strength-based approached, where we focus on abilities and promote independence ensuring residents are treated with dignity and respect.

We work in a person-centred way and take pride in our work providing residential services for our clients that live in Anglebury Court.

The successful candidate should have:

• Knowledge of Care and Safeguarding legislation.
• Experience in looking after people who live with dementia, and frail and complex care needs is desirable.
• Good communication skills and be a strong team player.
• IT skills with the ability to maintain accurate records.
• NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent.

Various part-time hours are available covering afternoon and evening shifts.

We also have zero hour positions available to support flexibility.

Our starting rate is £9.79 per hour with enhancements for weekends; double pay for bank holidays.

We provide free DBS check and uniform.
