Moordown Plus has an exciting opportunity for Care Assistants to join our existing team in our recently modernised service. We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, self-motivated, and full of energy to lead and actively support vulnerable adults living with Dementia in a person-centred way.

We are a service that supports vulnerable adults in a variety of ways through day opportunities. Some of the daily living tasks and activities will be with small groups and building based activities; others are in clients’ own homes and in the community.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity for personal and professional development. You will support with personal care, full moving and assisting, and lunchtime support. Training will be provided.
