Christchurch Connect Day Service delivers a diverse range of high-quality care that supports adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. We are looking for caring and dedicated people who are committed to sharing our vision of ‘improving lives and building independence’.

We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, self-motivated, and full of energy to lead and actively support vulnerable adults in a person-centred way. We are a service that supports vulnerable adults in a variety of ways through day opportunities. Some of the daily living tasks and activities will be with small groups and building based activities; others are in clients’ own homes and in the community.

Successful candidates will be required to support with personal care, full moving and assisting, and lunchtime support. Training will be provided. It is an essential requirement to be a car driver and have use of own vehicle, for which business insurance would be required. The post does require travel across Christchurch locality.

35 hours per week.
