We have a fantastic opportunity for a Day Services Manager to join our team at Moordown Plus day service.

Moordown Plus has an exciting opportunity for a Day Services Manager to join our existing team. We are looking for an individual who can lead and actively support vulnerable adults living with dementia in a person-centred way.

We are a day service that supports vulnerable adults in a variety of ways. Some of the daily living tasks and activities will be with small groups and will be building based and some activities will be in the community to meet client interests. We are looking for an innovative Manager who can continue to evolve the service and has the experience to lead and develop a group of caring and dedicated support staff.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity for personal and professional development. You will have full oversight of the day-to-day running of the service and will be responsible for line managing staff. You will also ensure that clients are safe at all times and will have full accountability for Health & Safety.
