Our homecare services are tailored for each person’s needs and can be long or short term.
We offer a range of care and support services, delivered in a person’s own home, to suit people’s needs, whether for long term or short term care. The services provided are personalised for each individual.
Our homecare services are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) so people can be safe in the knowledge that care and support will be delivered by well trained, professional and skilled staff.
This could include support with managing medication; bathing; continence care; getting dressed or undressed; meal preparation; laundry/ironing, maintaining personal appearance (make-up; shaving; nails; hair, etc)
One of our care assistants will step in to care for a loved one whilst the regular carer takes a well-deserved break, whether that is for a few hours or for a holiday. We can support people to access social activities such as social clubs, church, hobby groups.
This support is delivered for a brief period to help people relearn the skills they need to stay safe and independent at home whilst they recover from a period of illness.
We provide a regular visiting care assistant to support people with the various challenges that come with dementia and memory loss.
We provide care and support for people who are in the last few hours or days of their life as well as those with a terminal condition which has become advanced.
