Care at Home
We provide a range of care services which support people to maintain their independence and remain in their own homes.
Our homecare services are tailored for each person’s needs and can be long or short term.
Our Day Services are based in the heart of the local community and offer a great range of activities and support designed to keep people health and well for as long as possible.
Connect Services aim to keep people active, healthy and connected to their local communities for as long as possible. They are designed for adults of all ages where they can receive support to take part in activities, learn new skills and meet new friends. Our staff also offer support with personal care and eating and drinking, to meet individual needs.
Plus Services provide specialist services for people with learning disabilities, people with dementia or people who have support needs relating to their mental health. They offer a safe space and support people to enjoy meaningful activities they are not generally able to access in the community. Our staff also offer support with personal care and eating and drinking, to meet individual needs.
Work based training
Work based training services enable adults with learning disabilities to gain knowledge, skills and confidence, enhancing their opportunities for employment in the future. All our schemes are linked to the catering industry and are focused on the goals people want to achieve. The service is time limited and will offer advice and guidance on how to access local support to continue the journey into employment or further training.
Community Support Team (CST)
The Community Support Team’s aim is to support, enable and empower people, predominantly those with a learning disability, to remain independent in their local communities. This support is provided through Tricuro’s supported living accommodation or through housing related support and advice, enabling clients to maintain their own tenancies.
Supported Employment (COAST)
COAST supports Poole residents who have ill health or a disability to gain and/or sustain work. This work may be paid work, including supported permitted work under 16 hours per week; job trials; work experience or voluntary work. The service seeks to improve lives and build people’s independence by supporting them to gain confidence; improve their sense of general wellbeing, sense of self-worth and their status through becoming a valued volunteer or employee.
