Our Care and Nursing Homes, and our Care at Home and Reablement teams are regulated and work in compliance with the Care Quality Commission’s fundamental standards. This includes regular inspections of the services by CQC.
The CQC requires Tricuro to hold a Statement of Purpose for its registered services. Parts 1 and 2 of the Statement of Purpose defines the overall general purpose for all Tricuro’s regulated Services and can be found below.

There is no legislative requirement to register day services with the CQC, although those services are governed internally by the same standards.
Tricuro consists of two companies, the care company Tricuro Limited and a support function company, Tricuro Support Limited. Both are managed by the same Board of Directors.
Tricuro Support Limited holds the contractual relationships, property leases and support services agreements with the two shareholders Dorset Council and Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council. It is registered in England and Wales, no 09536638.
Tricuro Limited employs all the staff and is registered with the CQC to provide care services. It provides all the care services to clients and invoices the support company for that care provision. Tricuro Limited is fully owned by Tricuro Support Limited, and its registration number is 09536732.
