Specialist Home Care

Sometimes, you just need a bit of help to get back on your feet. We call this “reablement”

Tricuro’s Reablement Service is available free, for a short period of time, to people who are not already receiving care services and are finding it difficult to manage their personal care or daily living needs due to frailty, following illness at home, or after returning from hospital.

Reablement

Tricuro’s Reablement service covers the whole of Dorset (with the exception of Poole).  Right from Lyme Regis to Bournemouth & Christchurch and up to Sherborne. We can support you to reach maximum independence for up to six weeks free of charge. This could be following a period of ill health, hospital or residential stay, an accident at home or fall.  Eligibility criteria applies to these services.

The CQC requires Tricuro to hold a Statement of Purpose (SoP), for its registered services, such as Reablement.  A SoP is made up of 4 parts. Part 1 and Part 2 define the general purpose and Parts 3 & 4 are specific to the service.  You can view Part1 here and Part 2 here; for Parts 3 and 4 please use the Read More button below to click through to the Reablement main information page.
